Tip of the Week

As you examine each source,
1)make a separate note of each fact or quotation you might want to use in your paper.
2)use index cards when preparing notes.
3)identify the source of the information on the listing (authorīs name, page number are musts).
4)try to summarize the information in your own words
5)use quotation marks if you copy the information exactly.
6)give each listing a simple descriptive heading.
7)use your descriptive headings to make an outline
