1. Don't talk about it. The more you talk and think how difficult the test is, the more stress you'll cause yourself.
2. Eat properly. During exam time it's easier said than done, but proper diet (OK, plus some chocolate) reduces stress.
3. Exercise. While running, swimming or aerobic dance, you "clean" your head.
4. Relaxation techniques - breathing, drinking lots of water, yoga, meditation, whatever your thing is. Play solitaire, go dancing (remember: no drugs/ alcohol), watch TV.
